The Friday Freestyle is my radio show on Future Radio - 107.8FM for Norwich, UK (& surrounds) & www.futureradio.co.uk.

We are a full time community radio station, and this is my 5th year as presenter I usually broadcast live...on alternate Fridays from 18:00-20:00 GMT.

Its a Weekend Warm-up of new releases across all the genres of dance music, this week Funk, Hip Hop, Breakbs & House in particular..focussing on what I consider to be the most interesting & engaging and largely under represented music on a commercial radio station.

Deep dubby Tech & House, this is the follow-up to my 2008 mix Well Descent. I changed the name for the this one as people mis-read the name as Well Decent & thought I was being cocky. Moi??? As the 1980s T-shirt slogan declared A.D.I.S….Don't die of dyslexia!
